ASHLAND, Ky. — A Wolfe County man accused in federal court of a conspiracy to distribute meth in three Eastern Kentucky counties, is ready to plead guilty. Clyde Rudolph Endicott, 55, of Hazel Green, is charged with conspiracy to distribute more than 500 grams of meth, four counts of distributing meth, possession with the intent to distribute, and felon in possession of a firearm. He had been indicted on several of the charges back in July, accusing him of distributing meth in Wolfe, Breathitt and Magoffin counties. WISE, Va. — A Russell County, Va., man has been arrested in connection with a shooting Tuesday in Wise. The Wise County Sheriff’s Office and University of Virginia’s College at Wise Campus Police responded to the shooting on Sykes Boulevard. Police say the victim was shot in the back while sitting in a pickup truck. The shooter fled the scene in a Nissan Rogue after firing several shots into the truck.
