LOUISA, Ky. — Kentucky State Police has arrested a Lawrence County man on child porn charges. Ricky Henry, 39, of Louisa, was arrested Thursday evening, after police raided a home and seized electronic equipment believed to be used in the crime. He is now charged with nine counts of possession of child porn depicting a victim younger than 12. That charge is a felony, punishable by 5-to-10 years in prison. Henry is being held without bond in the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in Paintsville.

PAINTSVILLE, Ky. — A Johnson County man who had been reported as missing for more than two weeks has been located and arrested. Nicholas Michael Fuller, 38, had been reported as missing after he was last seen June 10. Thursday night, Paintsville Police responded to a repott that someone had been seen entering an abandoned house on Lewis Drive. When officers went to check it out, they found Fuller, who reportedly admitted that he had been staying in the house for two weeks. LONDON, Ky. — A former employee of the Floyd County school system who is under indictment for rape and other charges connected to a student is now facing federal charges as well. Darion Breann Huff, 32, of Garrett, was working as a teacher’s assistant and tutor at Duff Allen Central Elementary during the 2021-22 school year, when she is accused of making advances and sexual contact with a 14-year-old boy.
