LOUISA, Ky. — A Lawrence County man was arrested Wednesday, after police received separate reports of a theft and a burglary. Louisa Police were first called to the city garage, where a battery had been stolen from a military truck that had been loaned to Louisa Fire Department. After reviewing security footage from a nearby church, they identified their suspect as Christopher Lee Shannon, 41, of Louisa, and went to his home to question him.
