LONDON, Ky. — Three people have been indicted on federal cocaine conspiracy charges, after two of them were arrested during a traffic stop on the Mountain Parkway. Jimmy Edward “Jimbo” Hall, 62, and Frankie Lynn Hall, 49, both of Dema, were arrested following the traffic stop on July 13, when state troopers found more than four ounces of cocaine in their car. PIKEVILLE, Ky. — An Elkhorn City man has been arrested on DUI and felony charges, following a crash between his truck and a motorcycle. It happened just before 9:30 Wednesday night on old U.S. 460 near Indian Hills Liquor Store. Witnesses told Pikeville Police that the motorcycle collided with a truck, and the operator of the motorcycle was found unresponsive at the scene.
