PIKEVILLE, Ky. — Former City of Pikeville Engineer and longtime Summit Engineering president Jack C. Sykes has died at the age of 75. Sykes, a Pikeville native, passed away Saturday, August 29, at his residence. He was born April 2, 1951, to the late Emory and Rebecca May Sykes.
