WILLIAMSON, Ky. — Two Ohio men were arrested for meth trafficking, after they were pulled over in Pike County. Delbert Lee Chambers, 42, of Akron, Ohio, and Terrell Quintaz Wright, 45, of Massillon, Ohio, were pulled over by Kentucky State Police when they were clocked doing 5 miles over the speed limit on U.S. 119 at South Williamson. Their car was searched after offers smelled marijuana smoke during the traffic stop, which resulted in the discovery of a small amount of marijuana in the console, but a quarter-pound of meth in the glove compartment. ASHLAND, Ky. — One of two men charged in a Magoffin County meth trafficking conspiracy has signaled his intention to enter a guilty plea, after reaching a plea deal with prosecutors. Anthony Darrell Saylor, 38, of Salyersville, asked the court for permission to change his plea last week. U.S. District Judge David Bunning granted that request on Wednesday. Saylor and Eddie Arnold McFarland, 34, of Lakeville, were arrested after a raid conducted by the Magoffin County Sheriff’s Office turned up a substantial amount of meth, heroin and fentanyl. PRESTONSBURG, Ky. — A Floyd County man who was arrested last week following a chase when police went to ask him about a stolen dirt bike is now facing additional charges. The Floyd County sheriff’s deputies accompanied Pikeville Police officers to the Harold home of 21-year-old Joshawa “Jagger” Bevins to question him regarding the theft of a dirt bike from McCoy Motorsports.
