LONDON, Ky. — A Perry County man has been sentenced to nearly 20 years in federal prison for his role in a cocaine trafficking conspiracy. Franklin Delano Campbell, 67, was sentenced Wednesday by U.S. District Judge Chad Meredith to 236 months in prison after pleading guilty to conspiracy to distribute powder cocaine and crack cocaine. According to federal prosecutors, Campbell obtained between a half-kilogram and one kilogram of powder cocaine at a time from an out-of-state supplier between January 2022 and November 2025.
