PIKEVILLE, Ky. — A Pikeville man accused of possessing child pornography is asking a federal judge to throw out the evidence against him, arguing that police violated his constitutional rights when they seized and searched his cellphone. Terry Weston Rogers, 30, is charged in U.S. District Court with knowingly possessing material depicting a prepubescent minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct. PAINTSVILLE, Ky. — Paintsville Police arrested a man early Friday morning who they say was holding a woman at knifepoint when they arrived.; Police were called to Elite Apartments just after midnight Friday over a report of a man assaulting a woman. PIKEVILLE, Ky. — A Mingo County man has been arrested two years after he was indicted on charges related to an altercation with police. Trellis Ray Cisco, 48, of Matewan, was originally arrested in June of 2024, following an incident that occurred during a traffic stop. Cisco was pulled over for operating an ATV on U.S. 119.
