Just before 3 a.m., Sunday, state troopers went to a field in Majestic, where they were informed they could find 42-year-old Tyrone Davis, of Williamson, working as part of a logging crew. After hung jury, prosecutor plans to take Deskins murder case to trial again

Donald Kyle DeskinsPIKEVILLE, Ky. — One week after a jury deadlocked in the murder case against former Assistant Pike County Attorney Donald Kyle Deskins, resulting in a mistrial, the special prosecutor overseeing the case says he fully intends to take it to trial once again. Bradley Mitchell Chester, 39, and Jaime Allison Foster, 24, both of Pound, appeared in U.S. District Court in Abingdon on Friday, where they entered their guilty pleas.
