STAFFORDSVILLE, Ky. — A Johnson County teen has been arrested for allegedly assaulting his mother and sister. Police were called to a home on Grassy Creek Road, at Staffordsville, by a juvenile who said her brother was on top of her mother, assaulting and strangling her. When police arrived, they found Russell Wheeler, 18, being held in a headlock by his father, who said he was trying to keep him from further acts of violence.
