The Prestonsburg Lady Blackcats picked up a close road win Monday night, edging Magoffin County 49-46. Prestonsburg had one player reach double figure scoring on the night, and it came with a double double performance from senior Allison Howard. Howard finished with 16 points and 10 rebounds.
